In an age of social media and school choice, institutions are slowly beginning to see the importance and value of leveraging social media platforms to communicate a message and connect with a larger audience. Does this same thesis apply during extended school closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic?

Michele Rispo Hill, an experienced education consultant, presenter, and author makes the argument that social media is more important than ever and schools can and should leverage these platforms for a variety of different purposes during school closures.
