EABH High School Graduation 2020

The American School of Belo Horizonte, Brazil (EABH) recently held a creative and inspiring graduation ceremony for its graduating Class of 2020 at the International Airport of Belo Horizonte (CNF). With appropriate social distancing and other safety measures in place, and in conjunction with airport personnel, EABH was able to hold an in-person graduation ceremony. The event was also virtually streamed for families and guests to honor their senior class and give them a proper send off after exhibiting amazing resilience and perseverance. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the EABH Class of 2020, the EABH staff, school director Catarina Song Chen, as well as local airport and other authorities!
EABH is an international school of approximately 400 students that offers the Primary Years Program (PYP) and Middle Years Program (MYP). The school is situated on a 7 acre site that encompasses a beautiful green area, our campus provides a healthy and peaceful atmosphere for our students’ enjoyment. Our 33,000 square footage of building infra-structure includes spacious classrooms for all disciplines, including music and arts; covered gymnasium; soccer field; volleyball and basketball courts; complete laboratories for language, science and technology; cafeteria; parking lot; library with an international collection of more than 10,000 books in English, Portuguese and other languages, including DVD’s and other technology equipment; and 3 separate playgrounds.
